Equilibrium day retreat 22nd March Falmer village hall E.Sussex 10-4pm £60-70 incl lunch. Exploring equilibrium through movement, breath, meditation and Maori Rakau (Stick work).

Weekend Camping Retreats 30th May-1st June and 19th-21st September, Daylands Farm, near Ashurst W. Sussex. £175-230 (depending on what you can afford). Weekend of yoga, cooking together, lovely woodland walks and chats around the fire.
